Our iMentor program is devoted to accepting the most qualified and progressive mentors. Partnering our young people with positive figures is something we take very seriously, and therefore we have developed an extensive on-going training process that will help mentors identify and continue to strengthen their natural talents and skills in addition to criminal background checks before allowing mentors to work with students.
In an effort to recruit and retain high quality mentors, we have partnered with the Lessie Bates Davis Neighborhood House’s AmeriCorps program to reach college students who are passionate and committed to bring individuals and communities out of poverty.
This partnership will allow the members to focus their efforts to help with overall organizational capacity building, administrative support, and also the educational opportunities offered by PYI: tutoring, mentoring, as well as mathematics and writing support.
If you interested in serving as a mentor please fill out the information below and someone from our team will contact you.
